Students

APSG is relaunching its student program.

Students interested in geomatics, surveying, positioning, geospatial data management, and mapping sciences are welcome at APSG. While we rebuild the program, here is what is available today:

Student membership

Student membership is free once your application is approved by the APSG Executive Committee. A current student ID is required for each year of membership. Apply on our Membership Application page.

Our spring meeting

Students are welcome to attend our Annual General Meeting in the spring and network with professionals in the field.

GIS Day

Each fall, APSG holds a GIS Day event, a chance for professionals and students alike to see real-world applications of GIS technology. Upcoming dates are posted on our Events Calendar.

Get involved

Students and faculty who would like to get involved, or help shape the new program, can contact our Education Committee at education@apsgus.com.
