On May 8, 2026, members and guests gathered at Topgolf the day after OTC for APSG 45, our Annual General Meeting. We conducted official APSG business, enjoyed lunch, heard from three excellent speakers, visited with exhibitors, and finished the day with golf.

Thank you to our speakers:

• Katelyn Wallace (University of Houston): Identifying rare earth elements using multispectral imaging
• Rick Babicz (EdgeTech): eBOSS technical talk
• Eric Fischer (Marine Geoscience): Datums of the Caribbean

Thank you to our sponsors: STR, DoC Mapping LLC, and OARS Group.

Our monthly happy hours continue. Join us next at Little Woodrow's Katy on Thursday, October 22, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Please register so we can reserve tables: https://www.apsgus.com/event-6667541
